Tuesday is B Pod's swimming day. Please send your children with the necessary gear for their swimming lessons.

 Next week on Friday is B & C Pod's Mass in the Whare at 9.15 a.m. Please send a can of food for the needy in our community. Lent is time of sharing and caring.

Update about B2's learning

Hello parents,

I hope your children are keeping you posted about the class room learning.

 Writing- we have been learning to write descriptions. Please get them to do some writing at home.

Each group has a reading book and it is a must that they do their reading at home. Allow them to use the dictionary as they do this in class.

Maths we have been working on Number Knowledge. The year 3's are working on Place Value additions. I have asked them to practice this at home. 

Don't forget it's swimming tomorrow!

Hello Parents,

B2 was buzzing in with parents for "Meet The Teacher Evening". I was very glad to see parents eager to know about their children's learning and how they could support them with their learning. It was a huge success and I hope you are all proud of your children's progress. I take this opportunity to thank all the parents who took the time out of their busy schedule to be a part of your children's success.

"Success is not the work of one, but the work of many" our school whakatauki. For your children's success we need to support one another.

Today St. Mary Mackillop was painted red as we supported a great cause,  "Red Heart Day". We had a special Liturgy this morning. Thanks for all your support and the gold coin donations.
