Wow!!! What a Week it was!

Hello Parents,

What an exciting week we had. It was very busy and the students did exceptionally well. As their teacher I'm so overwhelmed by the way they challenge themselves and perform.

Congratulations to all the participants who participated in the B Pod Speech Competitions. I feel very proud that all the 3 language winners are from B2. Congratulations to Shaylee Fonua- Winner Tongan Language,  Se'e Ieremia- Winner Samoan Language & Eli Sami - Winner year 4 English Language.

This Friday was B2's Assembly and it was a great Assembly. The students have shown how, they can strive for Excellence through their hard work and perseverance. Welldone B2. You guys rock!!! I'm super proud of you all.

Monday the 27th is Samoan Language Week and we will celebrate it as a School Community. All our learning will be Integrated with the Samoan Language Week. We will come in our Traditional attire on Monday and Friday to celebrate the Samoan Language Week. Monday first up, we will have an Whole School Assembly to begin the Samoan Language week and will finish off with the Flag hosting to mark the Samoan Independence Day. Big focus will be using the Samoan language in our conversations and learning. Please encourage your children to speak your language at home as it's important for them to keep the language growing. They are the future of tomorrow.
